How can I book a service, and how far in advance should I do so?
You can book through our website or WhatsApp. While advance bookings are recommended to secure availability, we also accommodate urgent and same-day requests whenever possible.
What vehicle options are available for passenger and goods transport, including limousine services?
We offer a comprehensive range of vehicles to meet different transport and logistics needs. For passengers, our fleet includes 4-seater and 6-seater limousine vehicles, 13 to 45-seater buses. For goods transport, we operate 24ft trucks suitable for various commercial deliveries.
How are your transport & logistics fees calculated, and can I request a quotation?
Pricing is based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and specific service requirements. Quotations are provided upfront with no hidden charges to ensure transparency.
What is your cancellation policy? Will I be refunded?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service are fully refundable. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking, the payment is generally non-refundable. (Policies may vary depending on the service type and will be confirmed at the time of booking.)
Are your drivers professionally trained and licensed?
